Hello dear,U should take fresh Giloy as Decoction form if possible otherwise U can take Giloy Ghan Vati 2 tabs at morning in empty stomach, Ashwagandhadi avaleha Dabur 1 tsf bid with milk,Both medicines should take separately

Yes ucan mix both and take with cold milk or water.All age groups can take childrenabove 3 yrs are eligible to take. U cane Ashwagandha rasayan jam form with giloy satwa and take ,easy form

Both are very good immunity boosters. Yes ideally both to be taken separately. One can be taken in morning and other can be taken in the night. It's for all age groups but the dosages vary. You have to ensure the proper dosage
