Usage of Dapsone
I was diagnosed with Subcorneal pustular dermatosis through biopsy. I am also an asthma patient from childhood. Doctor prescribed Dapsone 100mg. Bit after taking Dapsone my liver enzymes increased SGPT 69 and SGOT 47. So i stopped Dapsone. Which medicine can i use instead of Dapsone which has less side effects?

There are other immunosuppressants which can be used but since they are risky they need proper workup and also continue monitoring. It is advisable not to take them lightly. All your workup , your history, pictures and other reports are needed for that .
