Urticaria since 3 days
Urticaria hives appearing on skin since 3 days. Subsides on taking Allegra and comes back next day. Please let me know how long it takes to subside. H/o same problem last summer. 35 year old male.

If u have urticaria then try Ayurvedic medicine. Take Shamshamani Vati 2 tab three times with warm water before food and Haridra Khand 1 tsf two times. Continue these medicines for 2_3 months. If u have constipation then take Triphala powder at night with water.

consultant any Ayurvedic and Panchakarma physician and do Panchakarma therapy like Virechan.
Health Tips
Avoid Curd, buttermilk, like sour items, Fermented foods, oily foods etc...
