Urticaria for last 9 months
Urticaria for last 9 months I am experiencing skin hives mainly in arms , legs and back not on face for last 9 months in every place where ever I travelled including Delhi, Dehradun, Mumbai, Bengaluru . Initially took Allegra 180 and Wysolone 10 mg course for 10 days . Partial relief only . Discontinued Wysolone and now taking Montair Lc or Cetcip -L tablet once daily for last 6-7 months .Under control as long as I continue but flare up in the evening and get subsides in morning if I miss the dose.Got all the test done . Blood test , KFT , LFT , TSH normal. Ige level is high . 780 kUA/L .Got the comprehensive Allergy test done. Sesame , Dust mite , Pollen and mold allergy. Can you please suggest the permanent solution. Do not want immunotherapy. How long I need to continue anti allergic medication. Any harmful effects for using in longer period.
