I have gone through a master check up.. all my reports are normal..but i have fatty liver grade1 and sgpt level of 56 [40 being normal]..doctor told me to take ursocol 450 mg tablets for 3 months...is my condition serious??

As this is the beginning of fatty liver, it is safe to say that your condition is not serious.
But however, it doesn't take much to make the condition progress to a more serious level.
It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle from this point in time.
A good diet consisting fruits, vegetables and low fat is advisable. Also, doing some form of exercise for a minimum of 30-45 mins every morning and evening is also going to help you.
Avoiding alcohol or keeping it to a maximum of once a week is also going to play a part in keeping your health good.
Adequate water is also a must.
