Dear Friend,
For genereal health check up there is no need to see any specialist doctor.
It not ethical to suggest name of any lab on a public plateform like this one.
Either you see a doctor near by or meet me in person with your mother, after examining her, I would be able to suggest the exact tests that she needs to undergo.
