I have urine yellow and burning from long time

Your urine routines suggestive of acidic otherwise it’s normal. You can drink plenty of liquids. Take Syp. Citralka 15ml to neutralise the urine. It will settle in couple of days. ( you also can drink cranberry juice )
If the symptoms persists or urine changes to turbid, then do a urine culture.

If you find your urine is yellow dark then check your total bilirubin. As of now urine report is normal.You need to drink lots of oral fluids.Take Syrup cital 10ml dissolved in a glass of water thrice a day.
