My 13 days old baby urine was tested His report shows bacteria is present +.Attching the report.Could you please suggest me what should be done in this case?

Hi Mam. Why was the urine tested? Does the baby have any symptoms like passing urine frequently, crying while passing urine or fever or poor weight gain or poor feeding? Other important point is how did you collect the urine? Did you clean genitals with clean water before collecting urine? Male baby or female baby? I need to know these things before advising... Many times contamination of urine produces such results.
