Urine restriction
It is happening for quite sometime now...whenever I pass urine after it is on hold for sometime, then I observe blockage when it passes...for initial 1-2mins it doesn't pass though I can feel it in penis...This happens mainly when I wake up in morning and urine pressure is already there due to holding of urine.. But During entire day apart from this, urine passing is absolutely normal... Is this some disease?? What should I do?

Hello, this is quite a common complaint, which is usually benign. Hesitancy or difficulty in initiating urine flow may be behavioural, due to enlarged prostate/structure or uti. As per your history it seems it’s a behavioural etiology, however there is no harm in getting evaluated (refer to tests below) In meantime you can start tab alfuzosin 10mg hs
Next Steps
Rft usg kub uroflowmetry
Health Tips
Avoid over hydration/diuretics/ beer
