Urine problem
My father faced a pain lower left side of the belly.The pain goes to the urine.we have got the USG report .There is a stone (11 mm) in left vesico-ureteic junction.Prostate is enlarge in size with homogeneous echopattern prostate volume=33cc.plzz suggest what to do.will it be cure by medicine or not?

11 mm stone is large unlikely pass with medicine.Will require endoscopy with laser. For prostate if he is symtomatic will require treatment.

11 mm stone won’t pass with medicines. This needs lithotripsy I.e crushing of stone

The stone is large, unlikely to pass. It has to be removed with laser operation. For pain relief he can take painkillers with advice of local doctor
