Hi, if urine infection is very frequent,  meet gynaecologist. With age also  sometimes it is due to less hormone which gives rise  to  dryness and  prone for infection. Give alkasol syp 2tsf in one glass of water three times a day and do urine culture and meet gynaecologist.

Hello there...... I went through your query.... I can understand your concern.... Avoid drinks that may irritate your bladder....Avoid coffee, alcohol, and soft drinks containing citrus juices or caffeine until uneasyness has cleared. They can irritate your bladder and tend to aggravate your frequent or urgent need to urinate.....
