Urine passage

Asked for Male, 31 Years

>after passing the stools and when I come out while washing the hands urine flows continuously without control and sensations >sometimes after drinking coffee urine flows continuously, sometimes without any sensations. I smoke 2 cigerattes/day and drink alcohol thrice a month within limits. can you please suggest why?
