Passing urine for frequently
I'm passing urine frequently for every 30mins urine colour is dark brownish and while passing urine hurts my penis can't able to hold it back urine this is first time in my life happening before it was not like this.

It's urinary tract infection..... Consult a nearby general physician in your city...... If necessary he will advice you Urine routine test & ultrasonography of Abdomen and pelvis also
