Difficult passing Urine burning, pain
Difficulty in passing urine, also painful with Burning sensation, started antibiotics ( Cefixime 200mg ), after taking 2 tablets did Urine Culture and sensitivity report showed no organism found, presently completed 4 days of antibiotic course, the burning sensation has since reduced but still difficult to pass urine satisfactorily, however Doctor has asked me to take antibiotics for 15 days 200 mg tablet 2 times a day, Doctor kindly advice if I need to do PSA and USG of abdomen and pelvic region to track my problem?

Yes get a sonography done, a urine routine test after completing antibiotics course. Do a PSA after 1 month. Add alpha blocker to improve flow. Consult a Urologist if problems persist.
