Burning sensation while urine
This problem was started when i was doin gym and was eating alot of eatables hot in nature.i am a athlete and Iam facing problem of burning sensation in urine and frequent urination problem from last 1 year.when I do any physical activity my Penis muscles gets very smaller in size and pains alot and burns inside it Thant is very uncomfortable and i am not able to continue any physical activity for more than 10 days.whenever i start something using physical strength, Something comes in my urethra (like a drop of urine or something else) then it burns alot in urethra till i complete my workout and i have problem of constipation with the same i am not able to be fully fresh nor fully urinate. I had same test also like full abdomen ultrasound, urine culture, but every test is normal.I am facing testicle pain problem also from last 2 days. Please help me

Follow these tips: Drink plenty of water. Water helps to dilute your urine and flush out bacteria. Avoid drinks that may irritate your bladder.Avoid coffee, alcohol, and soft drinks containing citrus juices or caffeine until your infection has cleared. They can irritate your bladder and tend to aggravate your frequent or urgent need to urinate.
