Urine in urethra
I feel little bit pain in my testicles in right one and feels like urine is still in urethra sometimes and sometimes feels bit of a burning sensation just for few seconds after urination. found my semen yellow for past two days. feels less urge for sex and penis not been firm during mastubation might be not in mood. but it was well firm and erect while having sex and dont face any problem like this during sex please suggest the right treatment.

I think it can be psychological rather than pathological. Once you can get physical examination / scrotal ultrasound to rule out cause for testicular pain. For burning micturation you can start Syp Alkamax 10 ml TDS See everything settles else will review further

Less water intake causes concentrated urine which can cause burning sensation Other causes of burning sensation are urinary track infection and stone disease As you had normal erection during sexual intercourse your problem seems more psychological ....so basically nothing to worry about
