Urethra itching and glan redness

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I had sex and after that i got burning sensation during urination, itching in urethra , pain and redness around urethral opening. Red dots around the opening. I have done my urine test showing some WBC in it , i have done test of STDs which are all normal. I had balanitis before . It looks like UTI , my partner aslo feels burning sensation sometimes not often. Can u please help me out with this!
