Burn feeling in urine and pain testicle

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have been experiencing a burning sensation while urinating and a slight pain in my right testicle. No swelling till date is observed and even putting a little pressure on right testicle it doest pain,but still pain is felt. Earlier it was a once in a blue moon situation but these days its regular.
