Hi this is Dr.Santosh kumar a pediatrician/neonatologist, basically more history about pattern of urination fever is required.... with what u have provided it's difficult to say the exact reason for ur child's problem... probably it's better if u get a pediatrician opinion.

Hi,first of all detailed history about pattern of urination,including stream of urine, is there dribbling micturition in between, what is dry interval, since how many months problem is...is urine is smelling bad, ... need detailed history about complaints....before commenting on provisional diagnosis or further investigations.
