Urinary tract infection
Sudden change in climate resulted in over heating , constipation and UTI..
I have started taking Niftran 100 mg 2 times .
Please advice how many days I should be taking this for UTI ..
Around 5 years back I faced recurring UTI infection and was treated by cistoscopy and cleared all infection . Now again it suddenly appeared after 5 years

Try to give urine r/m and culture test , always prior to taking any treatment. You can continue for 10 days and after stopping antibiotics and gap of 3-5 days, do urine r/m and culture test .
