Was the urine report showing infection ( raised pus cells) or was urine culture positive? If yes, then child needs evaluation by pediatric surgeon or pediatric urologist to see if there is just a local problem or problem with the bladder.
Next Steps
consult pediatric surgeon or pediatric urologist

Hi. His symptoms suggest he has UTI again... Since he is getting repeatedly  he needs to be investigated  as to why he is getting frequently... So pls  see a nearby Pediatrician or Pediatric Nephrologist  for further evaluation and treatment...
