I understand your concern. Since you have diabetes and a history of urinary symptoms, it’s important not to ignore these changes. The fact that your urine tests and ultrasound are normal is reassuring, but persistent symptoms like burning, frequent urination, and difficulty emptying the bladder should be evaluated further. Possible causes include Recurrent or resistant urinary tract infection, Bladder dysfunction related to long-term diabetes and Less commonly, pelvic floor or neurological causes
Next Steps
Please consult a urologist for further evaluation .uroflowmetry, urine culture, post-void residual scan may be needed Keep good hydration, avoid holding urine, and maintain good sugar control. It does not necessarily mean it is “chronic,” but given your background of diabetes, it’s better to get a detailed evaluation rather than relying only on antibiotics.
Health Tips
If symptoms suddenly worsen like severe pain, fever, or inability to pass urine, seek medical help urgently.
