Urinary incontinence
I'm a 21 year old male who's suffering from Incontinence, my parents are tired of me because I have to change my pants most of the time. Meanwhile I took medication and did kegels no improvement on it ... Any suggestions what I could do to make this problem better and lead a normal life?

Hi
There are numerous causes of urinary incontinence. If the incontinence has started recently then it is possible you might have an urinary tract infection. Only a full history and examination can give a clue to the cause of incontinence.
Next Steps
I suggest you see an urologist. You will need full evaluation including urine and blood tests, ultrasound of urinary tract and perhaps urodynamics.

Avoid drinking coffee, tea, fizzy drinks and cocoa products.
