Urinary Inconsistency
I've been suffering from urinary inconsistency since many years. But it is not on daily basis because of which i ignored the issue. These days it seems to be more and it's quite embarrassing and irritating.I am spending more than 30 minutes in washroom just to urinate. The urine keeps on flowing when i go to bathroom, but there is no leakage problem once i get up and move on.I consulted Gynaecologist and have undergone diabetes test also and everything was normal.I am seriously not understanding what could be the issue. I am not married and didn't involve in any sexual activities. Please help me figure out the issue and also suggest which doctor to consult. Thanks.

Most probably you have overactive bladder, as a trial, just start on Tab. Mirago 50mg once a day for 1 month, if you get good relief, you need to continue it for a longer time. But you need to get urine culture and sensitivity test, ultrasound examination of abdomen and pelvis with post void residual urine assessment. Uroflowmetry also might be useful. I believe that there's no major spine issues.

Madam, you need to describe your symptoms more clearly. You are telling that you are spending a lot of time in bathroom for urination, but no problem once you get up and move on. This symptom points more towards anxiety related issues. If you do not have any nocturia ( more number of times you wake up for urination after going to bed in the night), that is more likely to be due to anxiety and stress. Kindly consult any nearby urologist. Thanks.
