Urinary bladder
Respected sir, My father, aged 75 years had suffered with urine bladder problem and could not  get the urine in June 2020,  same time he was diagnosed with diabetes and blood pressure. Now he is going urine properly, but in the CT scan test it is mentioned as Evidence of small defect  around 7-8 mm noted in the base of the bladder communicating with a thick walled cystic lesion measuring 8×6.2 c.m. No other problem. Please suggest any treatment

This is mostly a bladder diverticulum. If he is voiding urine well then nothing to be done for that. Need to do USG for prevoid and postvoid residual urine volume.
