As mention above . I feeling pain in my uraniary bladder or you can say lower abdomin . Pain is not strong but I can feel something heavy

This may be an urinary tract infection. please visit a surgeon or physician. get a urine examination and usg kub done.

It is impossible to give a diagnosis without further details like how long were the symptoms present, any associated fever, increased frequency of urination, your weight, comorbid conditions and clinical examination etc.
However one possibility is of a Urinary track infection which is extremely uncommon for men of your age.

it might be any urinary tract infectn. that can be cured easily. even consuming more water, decreasd oil food and heat producing substance, wil relieve your pain
