Urinary bladder distended

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My mother got pain in upper middle abdomen and went for ultrasound it says urinary bladder distended diffuse hypoechoic wall thickening 4.2 mm I'd it anything serious and how it can be cured attached report kindly suggest

It means, thickened and inflamed urinary bladder wall. Mostly occurs due to UTI(urinary tract infection) or some obstruction.
