Hi. High uric acid can cause gout which can cause pain and swelling in joints. However you are too young to have gout and gout causes pain in only one joint at a time (usually of the lower limbs). Uric acid can be elevated in other diseases which cause arthritis (for eg:-psoriatic arthritis). In these other diseases you need to treat the disease and not the uric acid. Please read my blog on top myths regarding uric acid.

Please get a detailed evaluation for all possible causes of joint pain and arthritis. I don't think you have these pains due to the uric acid. Please meet a Rheumatologist for a detailed evaluation.

Hi there...I can understand your concern. High uric levels can lead to diseases like gout, kidney stones. In gout usually patients develop joint pain. So you could be suffering from it. But without detailed clinical examination and further investigations, it is very difficult to diagnose. So kindly consult a nearby general physician for further evaluation.
