Take feboxostat 40mg twice or once daily according to uric acid levels. Avoid soyabean, brinjal, tomato, saag, yellow dal in diet. Avoid beer or mutton . Apply Ice packs locally thrice daily for 3 weeks. Medications like enzomac forte will help reduce swelling.
