Hi Two comon possibilities are urethral stricture or infection in the prostate. You will need the following tests- urine for routine and culture, ultrasound of urinary tract with post void residual urine, blood test - creatinine, uroflometry. Please see an urologist for evaluation. Please stop drinking coffee and tea.
