Urethroplasty anesthesia
I have been long advised to undergo buccal mucosa urethroplasty for my recurring stricture problem. The doctor told me last time it would need to be done under general anesthesia. Is there a possibility of having this done under spinal anesthesia? What other options do I have with respect to anesthesia?

No it can't be done with spinal anesthesia as buccal mucosa has to be prepared. you will have pain in mouth during the procedure. spinal anesthesia will not work.
