Urea in blood
The patient is suffering from kidney disease from last 4 years and a diabetes from 15 years. He is taking medicine for renal failure like sodabicarb,phostate and antibiotics.
Since last 4 years.and dialysis is done when required. last 6 month sivere itching problem has arrised in whole body
His urea and sream creatnin is 150 and 6.2 last week. And this is from last 4 years.
Please help to get cure sir.

Thanks for the query.This is limited information to make precise recommendations. The best option is to consult a Dermatologist to understand the condition. A thorough evaluation if necessary should be done. Hope it helps you. This is renal pruritus from the description and needs specific management. A drug called Nalfurafine (difficult to get in India) is sometimes used or charcoal powder. Lots of moisturizers is advisable to apply on the skin. Periodic dialysis also helps.
