Urea and Creatitine
My Creatinine level is 2.6 and my urea level is 73. And my foot expands during day and night time, also i am having blood pressure of above 150/80. Every month the level of creatitine and urea is going up.
How can i lower my urea and creatitine level immediately ? Please suggest diet plan, medicines , if possible please suggest a good doctor

Before I give you an opinion about further management of creatinine, I would like to know whether you are hypertensive, since when do you have high creat, are you on dialysis, whether a renal Doppler is done.
