Upset stomach and fever
I have been experiencing upset stomach from yesterday afternoon, got fever in evening. During whole night I had to pass stool many times after having stomach pain. Today the fever is reduced gradually or gone but I still have upset stomach. Could you please let me know what exactly is the problem.
