Other kidney may be producing normal urine or high compensatory urine or it may be a partially obstructing stone.  renal functions are normal and there are no features of urine infection then you can undergo with procedure after 2 weeks if the stone does not pass spontaneously within two weeks.

Urine may come if stone is causing partial obstruction but in that case kidney function may be affected following hydronephrosis. Please follow your doctor’s advice.
