Upper side half headache
From last 3 days when I'm bending down, my right side upper head is paining. It's not continuous. I have mild throat infection n cough. What treatment should I need to take now?? Is it normal or do I need to consult any specialist for headache ?

It is not normal atall.it is right sided sinusitis which get aggrevated on bending down.
U also hav throat infection n cough so u need antibiotic for complete cure of the condition.
The best doctor to care of such contition is an ENT doctor

Take steam inhalation three times a day
tab Azithromycin 500mg once daily x 3 days
tab cetrizine 10mg once a day x3 days at bed time
no cold stuff
salt water warm gargling

Headache is due to sinusitis , do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 2 to 3 times a day, you will be fine
