When I wake up in the morning, my upper lip or the lower lip gets swollen over night. And then it takes 2-3 days for it to heal. It happens once and sometimes twice a week. The swelling is painful initially and then it becomes red. What to do?

That means when u r sleeping ur lips r strike by teeth as a result it is causing trauma to the lips. So its advised to wear night wear appliance so that they dont hamper ur lips
