Upper Left side and back pain
I've had upper left side and back pain from two days. Suddenly it gets better and worse. The pain is just below my left shoulder blade.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
As of now you can take a tab. Zerodol-th twice a day after food for 2 days.
Do some stretching exercises daily.
If it still persists, consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.
