  4. Upper hand joint pain. A severe problem.

Upper hand joint pain
After small fight with friend getting pain when putting the hand over the pillow while sleeping...it seems no fracture but getting small pain...is this a severe problem...not getting any pain when rotating tue hand.

I would suggest you get an X ray of your hand if you haven’t already done to rule out a fracture .
