Continuous, superficial pains are musculoskeletal which increase with movements. Avoid breast exercises. Take Pain killer with muscle relaxant like aceclofenac plus thiocolchicoside 4 mg twice a day for 3-5 days. Apply diclofenac gel twice a day for 5 days

It is likely that you have a muscle spasm. You will require a smooth muscle relaxant and a topical analgesic. You should drink water, aim to drink 3 liters of water per day and you can apply a hot water bag over the area which may give you some relief.
