Upper back pain radiates to left chest

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have this upper center back pain which radiates to center of chest (left side) from last 7 days. This happens almost twice a day and last for about half an hour.Sometimes it is bearable but sometimes it puts pressure on whole upper region as someone squeezed it..Twice a times i felt it radiates to my right jaw line as well. pls advise
