Upper back pain.
Iam experiencing severe upper back right side & right shoulder blade pain from 3 months, able to lift hand, no injury, no numbness, normal bowel movement, please check my MRI reports. Is anything serious. Iam using pregalin, tapal, tolifast, lupirtin tablets for pain & Aten , cetapin for b.p & diabetes . Please explain my MRI report.

The pain is all probability due to your tilted sitting and lying habits plus use of mobile or any other handheld device. Slouch and tilt more on the right with mobile use makes the muscles fatigued and painful.

Degenerative spine disease giving u trouble. If pain is severe or weakness in hands and numbness need to consult urgently as may need other treatment options. Avoid bad posture and use neck collar. Sos painkillers Control diabetic status Thanks

Hello Practo User, The problem you are facing is due to wear and tear of discs in the spine leading to compression of nerves. This is common in your age . You are taking a lot medications to reduce pain, which are bound to have adverse effects. Ideally you should be looking to reduce the cause of pain rather than killing it.
