Upper back pain
I m getting mild upper right back pain since few days. I m breastfeed information mother. Which is the safe medicine painkiller I can take?

Pls keep ur posture right while feeding the baby. Use hot pack in upper back pain area. Also do mild neck stretches under the guidance of Skilled physiotherapist.
