Upper back pain.
I have upper back pain which radiates to shoulder and rib cage. Also is middle of spine. Some bowel problem is also there with weakness. What is the cause?

Better to get xray done to rule out bony problems , if it is normal then it can be postural problem .

The pain in upper back is could be due to multiple causes…. But as u said u have weakness too….needs to be evaluated properly ….history of exposure to TB and it’s related symptoms OR it could be simple muscular pain

It could be due to some infection in the spine(Kochs) causing radiation to rib (intercostal radiation) or can be simple muscular pain...You need to be examined and investigated by an Orthopedic Surgeon
