Upper back pain due to weight training
Hi, I am in a active Lifestyle and training regularly for 5 days a week. I recently started weight training apart regular kickboxing training, but I think I have injured myself in the weight training while lifting weights and it has been 1 month I am feeling uncomfortable in the upper back portion between right  shoulder blade and spine. I am not sure if this pain is due to muscle or bone but it feels like pain is traveling through my right hand as well. Please guide me who can I refer either a orthopaedist or physiotherapist ?
