Burn and soreness without training
This morning it was cold... I was writing a test when I realised that my biceps hurts when I extended my arms , as if I just went for a gym session... I thought it was ok , but after the test when I stood up , the effect was also in my hamstrings... I tried to stand up with my legs fully extended, but it hurt... After a struggle I finally managed to extend it , but there was a sudden burning pain in my hamstrings... I didn’t exercise for atleast a week...

If you spend long hours sitting to study or write a test its possible your neck and lower back attain faulty postures. Prolonged bad postures can lead to pinched nerves which could be a possible reason for your symptoms.  However a thorough examination is required by a physiotherapist
