Upper back pain chronic
28f.since 2020 Nov I have been suffering from upper back pain .Then it was only while I was in prostrate position but since 6 months it's too much whenever I sit or do work it increases and in the morning it is very much wehen I try to stretch my self. Pain site---upper back pain ,shoulder blades area,just back of chest region.when I lay down it is sone what bearable else too much pain.From few days feeling headache head full ness also .don't know if at all All These are interrelated.But tried all medications but no use visited orthopedic no use MRI normal .Blood tests normal only ESR was 28 last year this year recently done crp it was 9.9..used all types of pain killers vit d3 course calcium course exercises but no relief .unable to do any work or sit or walk for so much time.plz help me visited many doctors but no 1 is able to diagnosis the problem .in Aug 2020 I have done HRCT chest to clear my doubt of covid there was no covid but it showed bilateral minimal plueral effusion.plz hl
