I have upper back pain, breathing difficulty and bloating and sensation of having cough stuck in my throat. Why is it happening?

Hi, more detailed history is needed regarding the back pain and breathing difficulty like whether you have ever had asthma or allergy in the past . Acid reflux from stomach can be a reason for all these.
