Upper back nerves pain

Asked for Male, 21 Years

There's pain in right side of spine near shoulder and goes a little down too It started last December, then i saw a MBBS and then a orthopedic doctor and then physio therapist where it got better but not completely healed, and it still hasn't treated Which doctor should I see now?
