Upper back,neck, chest pain with vertigo
I have been suffering from upper back, foot, neck and lest side chest muscle pain with vertigo from two years. when I walk I feel earth is moving or tendency to falling forward. It seems to be I walk with heavy weight and someone push me and even I can not stand still feels like earth quake.
